Information sent to us before we have accepted instructions is not automatically protected by legal professional privilege, and we may already act for another party with an interest in the same matter. Please do not send confidential material about a live dispute until we have confirmed that we are able to act.
Accuracy and currency
We take care over what we publish and the guides carry the date on which they were last reviewed. Even so, legislation, statutory rates, official fees and administrative practice in the TRNC change, sometimes without much notice.
